铜石墨材料抗弯强度与断裂机制研究

【摘要】 研究了铜基粉末冶金材料的石墨含量与孔隙度和抗弯强度的相互关系,用SEM观察相应的断口形貌。结果表明:孔隙度与石墨含量呈线性关系,抗弯强度与孔隙度呈指数关系。随石墨含量的增加,材料的弯曲断口由韧窝向解理,沿晶断口过渡。

【Abstract】 The effects of graphite content on porosity and porosity on bending strengh of the copper base PM material were studied, The fracture morphology was observed by SEM. The results show that porosity is a linear function of graphite content and that bending strength is an exponential function of porosity. With the increase of graphite content, the bending frature morphology changes gradually from dimple to cleavage.
