补阳还五汤对兔脑缺血再灌注损伤TXA2/PGI2、环核苷酸及钙的影响
The Effect of BYHWT on TXA 2/PGI 2,Cycle nucleotide and Calcium in Rabbit Model of Cerebral lschemic postischemic Reperfusion lnjury
【摘要】 用四血管夹闭模型法建立家兔脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,在缺血前静脉注射补阳还五汤(3.9g/kg)可抑制脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织血栓素B2(TXB2)的升高、脑组织6-酮-PGF1α的降低,降低再灌注后脑组织的钙含量,但对脑组织cAMP含量的增加无明显影响,提示补阳还五汤抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用机理与调节脑内TXA2/PGI2平衡、抑制脑细胞Ca2+超负荷等有关
【Abstract】 The rabbit cerebral ischemic postischemic reperfusion injury model was founded by using the tetra vessels obstruct.The results showed that Bu Yang Huan Wu Tong (BYHWT),which was injected in veins before obstruct,could inhibit the increase of thromboxan B 2 (TXB 2) (P<0 05) and the decrease of 6 keto PGF 1α (P<0 05) in brain tissue and declined the calcium contents but didnt have effect on cAMP contents in brain tissue.All above suggested that the mechanisms of BYHWT against the cerebral ischemic postischemic reperfusion injury might have bearing on adjusting the balance of TXA 2/PGI 2 and inhibiting the Ca 2+ hypercharge in the cerebral cells.
