超临界CO2萃取蛇床子挥发性成分的研究
Applied Study of Supercritical-CO2 Fluid Extraction in Extracting Volatile Constituents of Cnidium monnieri Seeds
【摘要】 用超临界CO2流体萃取技术从蛇床子中萃取出油状物质,得率为10%,用GC—MS技术对其进行研究,从中检出34个成分,鉴定出33个成分。有17个成分为首次从该植物中发现,油状物中蛇床子素、亚油酸、油酸含量最高,其中有效成分蛇床子素的含量高达22.61%。
【Abstract】 Volatile oils from the seeds of Cnidium monnieri were extracted by supercritical -CO2 fluid. These constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. The experiments showed that these oils from CO2-SFE contain 34 components, 33 of them were identified, 17 constituents of them are first obtained from the plant. The content of osthol, linoleic acid, oleic acid is higher, the content of osthol get to 22. 61%
