内服亚硒酸钠在雏鸡体内急性毒性及蓄积毒性

【摘要】 内服亚硒酸钠对雏鸡的急性毒性，即ＬＤ５０按每公斤体重计为２０．６５ｍｇ；按剂量定期递增染毒法给药，蓄积系数（ｋ）＝２．５８，即１＜ｋ＜３，表明为明显蓄积；雏鸡对亚硒酸钠不表现耐受性

【Abstract】 Acute and accumulative toxicities of sodium selenite in chicks were studied. The results showed that the LD 50 of sodium selenite to chick is 20.65 mg/kg of body weight. Medicine was given orally with graded increasing doses. The accumulation coefficient (K) equals 2.85, that is more than 1 and less than 3, which means significant accumulation. The chicks showed no tolerance to sodium selenite.
