同核双卟啉金属配合物的合成及其对细胞色素P450模拟
The Synthesis of Porphyrin Dimers with Bis Iiron(Ⅲ), Bis Manganese(Ⅲ),Bis Cobalt(Ⅱ) and as the Model of Cytochrome P450 to Catalyze Hydroxylation of Cyclohexane
【摘要】 合成了Fe(Ⅲ)-Fe(Ⅲ),Mn(Ⅲ)-Mn(Ⅲ),Co(Ⅱ)-Co(Ⅱ)3种同核双卟啉金属配合物,用元素分析、紫外可见光谱、红外光谱、1H-核磁共振谱和顺磁共振谱等进行表征.研究了这些同核双卟啉金属配合物模拟细胞色素P450催化环己烷羟化作用,实验结果表明,同核双卟啉金属配合物具有较高的催化活性,其催化活性顺序为:Fe(Ⅲ)-Fe(Ⅲ)>Mn(Ⅲ)-Mn(Ⅲ)>Co(Ⅱ)-Co(Ⅱ)
【Abstract】 Bis iron(Ⅲ), bis manganese(Ⅲ) and bis cobalt(Ⅱ) porphyrins dimers linked by flexible alkoxyl chains have been synthesized and characterizaed by EA, IR, UV vis, 1H NMR and EPR spectroscopy. These binuclear complexes as model systems of cytochrome P450 are effective for the hydroxylation of cyclohexane with molecular oxygen under mild conditions and have better catalytic activities than the corresponding monomers. The catalytic activities of binuclear complexes decrease in following order: bis iron(Ⅲ)>bis manganese(Ⅲ)>bis cobalt(Ⅱ).
