【摘要】 首次在猪体系统地研究了旋毛虫成虫可溶性抗原免疫猪、预防猪旋毛虫病的效果。将纯净成虫经超声粉碎后,10000r/min离心30min,取上清液即为成虫可溶性抗原。将抗原按不同剂量与等体积弗氏完全佐剂乳化后按不同程序经腹腔免疫猪,免疫后不同时间攻击感染不同数量的肌幼虫。结果表明,成虫可溶性抗原可诱导猪产生坚强的免疫力,0.5mg组最高减虫率达98.21％,接近全保护。免疫力高低与免疫剂量大小、免疫程序及攻击感染的肌幼虫数量多少有关。免疫可使次代肌幼虫的感染性降低,免疫血清在体外可杀伤肌幼虫。更多还原

【Abstract】 The immune protective effects of soluble adult antigens, Trichinella spi-ralis were evaluated in pigs comprehensively. Adult worms, recovered from rats 7 days after infection were sonicated and centrifuged at 10000 r/min for 30 min. The supernatant was referred as soluble adult antigens.Antigens in different doses were emulsified at 1 : 1 ratio (v/v) with Freund’s complete adjuvant and administered intraperitoneally. Immuned and control pigs were challenged with T. spiralis muscle larvae one week after the last immunization.The results showed that strong immune protective effects in pigs can be induced by soluble adult antigens. The highest larval reduction was 98. 21% compared with control. The immune protective effect was related with antigen dose, immunization procedures and challenge dose to some extent. The immunity can damage the infectivity of muscle larvae in immunized pigs. The normal muscle larvae can be killed by immune serum in vitro.更多还原
