真空沉积强荧光稀土配合物薄膜的研究
STUDIES ON VACUUM-VAPORIZED THIN FILM OF A STRONGLY FLUORESCENT RARE EARTH COMPLEX
【摘要】 通过真空加热沉积方法,制备了强荧光稀土配合物三(α-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮基)一(9-丁基甲胺基-4,5-二氮杂芴)台铕(Ⅲ)的均匀薄膜,用X射线衍射、红外谱、X射线光电子谱、荧光光谱和透射电镜对该薄膜进行了研究。
【Abstract】 Strongly fluorecent thin film of a rare earth complex,tris- (α-thenoyltrifluoroacetonato) mono (9-octadecylamino-4, 5 -diazafluorence ) europium(Ⅲ), has been prepared by vacuum deposition and studied by X-ray diffractometry, infrared, X-ray photoelectron, fluorescent spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy.
