【摘要】 长江流域早春大棚栽培的黄瓜和瓠瓜，“化瓜”现象十分严重。应用生长调节剂能有效地防止“化瓜”。研究结果表明，不同组合的生长素类调节剂及ＢＲ与ＣＰＰＵ处理，能明显提高座果率，平均增产达２８．３％，对黄瓜和瓠瓜开花后一天的雌花，用５ｍｇ／ｋｇＣＰＰＵ、０．０１ｍｇ／ｋｇＢＲ、１０ｍｇ／ｋｇＣＰＰＵ及１００ｍｇ／ｋｇＰＣＰＡ＋２５ｍｇ／ｋｇＧＡ对黄瓜增产显著，而５０ｍｇ／ｋｇＮＡＡ＋２５ｍｇ／ｋｇＧＡ与１００ｍｇ／ｋｇＰＣＰＡ＋２５ｍｇ／ｋｇＧＡ对瓠瓜增产明显。对革果重和果实干物质含量的影响，黄瓜和瓠瓜各处理间有不同变化，但变幅不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aborted gourd in cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.)or white-flowered gourd(Lage-naria siceraria Standl)plants is a serious problem,when grown in plastic tunnels at early spring inChangjiang river valley. Application of growth regulators can effectively prevent fruit aborting,in-crease fruit setting,with an increase of yield by 28.3%,The results showed that a great increase inyield of cucumber fruit was gained when female flower treated 1 day after anthesis, by 5 mg/kgCPPU,0.01 mg/kg BR,10 mg/kg CPPU or 100mg/kg PCPA+25 mg/kg GA,whereas an increasein yield was observed in white-flowered gourd after treatment by 50 mg/kg NAA + 25 mg/kg GAor 100 mg/kg PCPA+25 mg/kg GA.
