【摘要】 为评价ＭＡＣ（马法兰、阿糖胞苷和环磷酰胺）预处理方案，应用该方案为１７例急性白血病患者进行了自体骨髓移植。结果：该方案具有清除骨髓白血病细胞的作用，移植后全部患者造血功能获得重建，无一例移植相关死亡。中位随访１８个月，５年无病生存率为５０．５％，其中急性髓系白血病（ＡＭＬ）为６１．２％。结果表明：ＭＡＣ预处理方案对ＡＭＬ有良好疗效，且髓外毒副作用较轻，值得进一步试用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the effect of MAC(Melphalan,Ara-C and Cyclophosphamide)conditioning regimen,17 patients with acute leukemia were treated with autologous bone marrow transplantation(ABMT)following MAC conditioning.The results showed that MAC had ablative effect on bone marrow and the hematopoiesis was completely reconstituted in all patients.No patients died of complications associated with transplantation.The disease-free-survival(DFS)at 5 years post-ABMT were 50.5%for all patients and 61.2% for acute myeloid leukemia(AML)at a median follow-up of 18 months.It is suggested that MAC protocol might be a safe,effective and economic conditioning regimen for ABMT in AML.更多还原
