【Abstract】 The process specialty and operation behavior of the equipment including a precoat filter and accessory of lime kiln supplied by Ahlstrom, Finland are discussed in this paper. The average dryness of lime mud at the outlet of filter has been higher than 70% since the equipment was put into operation in Jiamusi Paper Mill in May of 1991 and the operation of the accessory of the kiln has been in good condition.The oil combustion device,insulation liner and heat exchange facility of the kiln have signficant energy conservation effect;less than 180kg heavy oil is consumed for one tone lime recovered.更多还原
