【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:Toestablishamethodfordeterminationofthecontentofoligoandpolysaccharides,usingonlyglucoseasthestandard.METHOD:Theabsorbancecorrectioncoeficentsofseveralmonosaccharidesweredeterminedwiththemodifiedphenol-sulfuricacidmethodandthenusedinthecalculationofthecontentofsaccharides.RESULTS:Themodifiedmethodwasusedfordeterminationofthesaccharidecontentoffouroligosac-charideandfourpolysacchridesamples,andwasshowntobeexcelentinaccuracyandreproducibility,withrelativeerrorlessthan4%.Thelinearrangeofsaccharidecontentwas0～30μg.CONCLUSION:Thecorrectioncoefi-cientsdeterminedwiththemodifiedphenol-sulfuricacidcanbesuccessfulyusedfordeterminationofthecontentofoligo-andpolysaccharideswithonlyglucoseasthestandard.更多还原
