【摘要】 采用新城疫病毒克隆79株和传染性法氏囊病病毒F16及Vile株为种毒,分别接种SPF鸡胚,收取尿囊液毒及胚毒,经甲醛灭活,按一定比例混合,以白油为佐剂制成二联油剂灭活苗。用该苗接种易感鸡,免疫后14天产生免疫力,21天攻毒保护率达100％。1993～1995年在我省烟台,威海、青岛的一些鸡场免疫20余万只鸡,获得满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 ND La Sota N79 Strain.IBD F16 Strain and IBD Vile strain were inoculated into SPF chicken embryos for virus reproduction. The Viruses were inactivated with formalim-mixed with certain proportions of Tuwn-85. Span-85.Aluminum Stearate or Leucoil.and blended for Production of ND-IBD combined oil-adjuwant Vaccine Immumological response was detected in vaccinated chickens 14 days after inoculation The chickens were artificially infected with virulent IBD virus and ND virus 21 clays after inoculation. The Protective rate of vaccine reached 100%. Tweaty thousand chieckens in 3 regions of Shandong Province were inoculated with the vaccine during 1993~ 1995. The results show that the vaccine is effective,convenient,safe and reciable.更多还原
