球磨机的装填、启动与电耗的关系

【摘要】 为寻求降低球磨机的启动电流峰值、减小装机容量、提高球磨效率的新途径,通过实验室实验研究及工业生产检测、分析,结果得出:适当地增加料球水的装填量,能有效地降低启动电流峰值,而采用缓慢启动的操作方法,可显著地降低启动电流峰值,减小球磨机现行装机容量的20~30%。

【Abstract】 In order to search the way to decrease the starting peak value of electric current and rated power of the ball -mill and raising the milling efficience,the researches in laboratory and in industry were done. Properly adding the filler of raw materials ,balls and water could effectively decreasing the starting peak value of electric current; Starting slowly could decrease the peak value remarkably and decrease the rated power about 20-30%.
