【Abstract】 In order to investigating the relationship between nutritional support of perioperative periods and postoperative complications, 29 patients with gastrointestinal operations were studied prospective-ly.They were classfied into two groups by random;TPN group (14 cases )and control group (15 cases). The complictions were 7.1% (I/14) and 40 % (6/15) respectively ( P < 0.05) . Body weights are different in the two groups. Nutritional support is helpful to increase protein synthesis, promote the healing of tissues and decrease complications. It’s necessary to administer the nutritional support to patients with gastrointestinal operations in perioperation periods.更多还原
