【摘要】 在全球消灭脊髓灰质炎进程中，实验室要对大量的标本进行检测。由于病毒株对细胞敏感性的差异，在进行病毒分离鉴定时，ＷＨＯ推荐使用ＲＤ和Ｈｅｐ─２两种细胞株，而这两种细胞不仅对脊髓灰质炎病毒敏感，而且对其它肠道病毒，尤其是一些能致麻痹的肠道病毒也敏感。随着消灭脊髓灰质炎工作的深入开展，由脊髓灰质炎病毒引起的肝病例越来越少，而由其它肠道病毒引起的麻痹病例所占比例越来越大。Ｓ．ｋｏｉｋｅ教授建立了一种Ｌ＿α细胞，该细胞株仅对脊髓灰质炎病毒敏感，而其它肠道病毒不能在其中生长。我们用Ｌ＿α细胞对脊髓灰质炎和其它肠道病毒的分离鉴定做了一些试验研究，显示Ｌ＿α细胞对脊髓灰质炎病毒具有较强的特异性和敏感性。更多还原

【Abstract】 or the aim of eradicating poliomyelitis,vast works on sample testing are proceeded in the labora-tory.Usuauylly Hep -2 and RD cells lines recommanded by WHO are used for poliovirus isolationand identification,but they are both sensitive to polioviruses and to other enteroviruses includingthose causing paralysis.Following poliovirus vaccination in recent years for its control,the paralyticcases induced by poliovirus is fewer and comparatively those by enteroviruses is much more greater.If cells only specifically sensitive to poliovirus can be recommanded,the poliovirus isolation will be more convenient .Dr.Satoshi Koike has established the Lα cells,on membrane of these cells bound the poliovirus receptor so it is specific only to poliovirus.We used the L_α cells to isolate poliovirus and enteroviruses and demonstrates the sensitivity and specificoty of L_αe cells to the poliovinises.更多还原
