【Abstract】 Based on the radiographic study and analysis of atlanto-axial joint of normal and abnormal, we consider that the derangement of atlanto -axial joint can be diagnosed as:the difference of bilateral distance between the dens and the lateral mass is larger than 1mm, the difference of central sagittal line of dens and atlas is larger than 1mm; there is an abnormal movement of atlanto-axial joint on the X-ray film of open mouth with 15°rotation; and the patient bears the symptoms and signs of cervical spondylosis.更多还原
