【摘要】 用喂饲大鼠病区荞麦的方法进行动物实验,以进一步验证现场调查所提出的病因假设。结果表明,喂饲病区荞麦的实验组动物的子宫重量显著高于喂饲非病区荞麦的对照组,喂饲病区荞麦还可使雌性大鼠不孕。本研究从实验室角度对病区荞麦作为"乳房肿大症"的病因提供了佐证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Animal experiments were conducted by feeding rats with buckwheat grown in an area with endemic breast enlargement disease to further prove etiological hypothesis advanced by field investigation.Re- sults showed that the weight of uterus of experimental animals was greater than that of controls,and that feeding rats with the buckwheat grown in the endemic disease area could make them infertile.This study provided an evidence for the hypothesis that the buckwheat grown in the endemic disease area was believed as the etiology of endemic breast enlargement disease.更多还原
