发硒与克山病发病率心电图和心胸比例异常相关分析

【摘要】 1976年克山病高发年易患人群发硒0.126mg/kg,1989年低发年发硒0.167mg/kg,1991年和1993年基本控制年发硒分别为0.179mg/kg 和0.284mg/kg。应用微机进行多元逐步回归分析显示:发硒与克山病发病率、潜克检出率、心电图异常和心胸比例异常检出率呈负相关。

【Abstract】 Content of Se in hair of susceptible inhabitants of Keshan disease area was 0.126mg/kg in 1976 the high incidence year.It was 0.167mg/kg in 1989 the low incidence year.It were 0/179mg/kg,0.284mg/ kg in 1991 and 1993,twe controlled years,respectively.The results showed that Se content was related to incidence of Keshan Disease,abnormal ECG and heart size.
