钙超载大鼠心肌对缺血再灌注及氧自由基损伤的敏感性

【摘要】 本实验观察到已形成钙超载的大鼠心肌对缺血再灌注损伤的敏感性明显高于正常大鼠。表现为钙超载大鼠心肌脂质过氧化物(MDA)、组织及线粒体钙(Ca)、冠脉流出液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量明显高于正常大鼠,而组织谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(G8H—PX)活力明显低于正常大鼠,对氧自由基损伤则正常大鼠较钙超载大鼠敏感。提示钙超载大鼠心肌细胞膜结构的变化可能在其对缺血再灌注及氧自由基损伤的敏感性中占有十分重要的地位。

【Abstract】 It was shown that Ca2+ overloaded myocardium was more sensitive toischemic /reperfusion injury than normal hearts.The mean content of myocardial lipidperoxidation and calcium,LDH leakage of Ca+ overloaded myocardium were significantlysuperior to,while the ability of membrane anti oxidation(GSH PX activity)was inferiorto that of normal hearts.The normal hearts were more injured than Ca+ overloadedmyocardium by oxygen free radicals.It suggested that the changes of membrane’s contructionmay plays an important role in the injury.
