【Abstract】 In this paper the parameter of the carbon atom saturation (atomic ratio) in the SHSTiC phase was establisbed. It was described how tbe processing factors such as the particle size of the titanium powder, the hatial temperature of the process andthe relative deusity of mixture green affected tbe carbon atom saturation in the SHSTiC phase.
