【Abstract】 The marking of organic macromolecular and metal materials by XeCl excimer laser (λ= 308nm ) was reported. We measured the marking threshold experimentally for those materials, and observed the modifications of the laser - irradiated surface. In the end , a computercontrolled excimer laser marking system developed by ourselves was introduced in detail.更多还原
