查新咨询中查新报告质量控制标准初探

【摘要】 本文总结近2000份查新报告的经验,对查新结论意见的形式与检索范围、检索方法、手段、检出文献的表达方式等方面的关系进行分析,探讨建立查新报告质量控制标准的重要性.

【Abstract】 In this paper,experiences of 2000 evaluation reports are summerized, relationships among their search methods,search strategies,search results,and conclusions are analysed,the importance of working out standards for its quality control is also discussed.
