【Abstract】 Small incision cataract surgery was per formed on 30 eyes. The corneal curvature,refraction and astigma tism were determined be fore and after surgery. Results showed that there was a small transient with-the-rule astigmatism after the surgery and the mean induced astigmatism was 1. 17±1. 44D. Keratometry,refraction and astigmatism werP changed very significantly at one week postoperation and these parameters tended to become stabilized one to three months after surgery.更多还原
