四辊冷轧机轧制过程中带材的板形和断面形状的模拟

【摘要】 通过采用六次偶函数拟合轧后带材的断面形状,将求解辊系弹性变形的影响函数法与求解金属横向流动的变分法相结合,模拟了轧制过程中带材的板形及轧后断面形状。该理论对冷轧机断面形状和板形的综合控制具有重大意义。

【Abstract】 The six order even function is employed in simulate the shape of the exit strip. The influence function method to solve the elastic deformation of roll system is combined with variational method to solve the lateral metal flow,the shape and profile in the rolling of strips on 4-high mill are simulated. The theory has important theoritical and practical value for comprehensive control of shape and profile in the rolling of strips on 4-high mill.
