电弧放电烧蚀发汗效果试验研究
Experimental Research of Transpiration Effects in Arc Discharge Ablation
【摘要】 本文介绍了在14MW电弧加热器系统上进行电弧放电烧蚀发汗效果的试验研究。在放电电流I=100A,电压V=200V,放电时间t=0.2s以及极间距离L=50mm的条件下,研究了不同发汗剂及发汗压力的冷却效果。试验结果表明,选用N2气作为发汗剂,在一定发汗压力下,可获得有效的发汗冷却效果。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the experimental investigation reducing the ablation of an electrode in the 14MW arc heater by use of the transpiration cooling. Under the discharge condition:current is 100A. voltage 300V, time 0.2s and distance 50mm, we researched of the cooling effects with different transpiration pressures. The results has shown that using N2 as the coolant can sufficiently alleviates the ablation of this contrast under a discharge condition imitating the real heat flux.
