稀土复合孕育剂对低铬钼灰铸铁性能和组织的影响

【摘要】 研究了稀土复合孕育剂RCC对高碳当量低铬钼灰铸铁性能和组织的影响，结果表明，用RCC处理高碳当量低铬钼灰铸铁能稳定获得生产缸体、缸盖用的高强薄壁灰铸铁。

【Abstract】 The effect of rare earth mixed inoculant RCC on the properties and structure of gray iron with low Cr and Mo content has been investigated. The results show:high strength thin-walled gray iron with CE 4.00%～4.20% can be obtained by Cr and Mo alloying together with RCC inoculation,and it can be used to produce engine castings.
