趋磁细菌研究Ⅲ.琥珀酸脱氢酶、呼吸抑制剂、解偶联剂对WD-1生长与磁小体合成的影响
STUDIES ON THE GONAD DEVELOPMENT AND SEXUAL CYCLE OF MOSQUITOFISH
【摘要】 报道了趋磁细菌WD-1琥珀酸脱氢酶、呼吸抑制剂NaN3、解偶联剂DNP对磁小体合成的影响.琥珀酸脱氢酶活性高,磁小体合成能力强,每个细胞所含磁小体数量多;1mmolL-1NaN3或1mmolL-1DNP能抑制WD-1的好氧生长,10mmolL-1NaN3不抑制WD-1的微好氧生长,但1mmolL-1DNP明显地影响微好氧生长,即生长缓慢.WD-1在微好氧、好氧、好氧与0.01~0.10mmolL-1NaN3(或DNP)的培养条件下生长时,磁小体合成能力依次下降
【Abstract】 This paper deals with a study on the gonad development and observation on the sexual cycle of mosquitofish ( Gambusia affinis ) at microscopic and ultramicropic levels with both optical and electron microscopes.Mosquitofish in one of ovoviviparous fishes performing internal fertilixation,and its gonad wsa found out to be possessed of morphological and structrual characters adapted to the reproductive device,such as the long and thin head of spermatozoa,well developed mitochondron membrane round the middle of them ,ultra thin oolemma,rich fat granules and yolk in eggs,etc.Which are much different from those for oviparous fishes.The intense reproductive activity of mosquitofish occurs between May and October each year,and it takes 13~16 days for eggs to be fertilized and hatched till the birth of young.The female are able to copulate with male and to be in gestation again 2~7 days after producing young,and the young reach the sexual maturity duting a period of 45~50 days since their birth.The breeding cycle is 20~30 days.
