变压吸附技术在油气工业中的应用
APPLICATION OF TRANSFORM ADSORPTION TECHNIQUE IN OIL-GAS INDUSTRY
【摘要】 变压吸附技术(PAS)是60年代发展起来的一种气体分离技术。其具有适用气源广,产品纯度高,无环境污染,无设备腐蚀,工艺简单,自动化程度高,节能显著等优点。将该技术用于空气钻井,凝析天然气和原油开采,天然气与油田伴生气净化。富氧Claus工艺,轻烃回收及天然气提氦等生产领域,不仅技术可行,而且经济上也较为有利。因此,变压吸附技术在我国油气工业中具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Transform adsorption technique is a kind of gas separation method started in 1960’s. It is suitable to various gas sources and has many other advantages ,such as high purity,no pollution and no corrosion of its products,simple process,high automatization and energy-saving. It is proved the application of this technique in air drilling,production of condensate natural gas and crude oil ,purification of natural gas and oil-field associated gas ,claus process ,light ends recovery and helium extraction is feasible and has economic benefits. Transform adsorption technique has wide applied prospects in China’s oil-gas industry.
