MEBO治愈吞服硫酸致消化道严重烧伤一例报道

【摘要】 作者于1995年2月21日收治一例吞服硫酸约50毫升致口腔、食道、胃烧伤。伤后18小时用MEBO治疗，经14天综合治疗，出院后又口服“美宝”二个月。伤后5个月，10个月随访，口腔、食道、胃无异常，钡餐透视报告均正常。

【Abstract】 A patient mistakenly swallowed about 50ml ofsulfuric acid. His mouth, esophagus and stomachwere severely burned. Upon hospitalization, the pa-tient was treated with MEBO at 18 hours post burn.After comprehensive treatment for 14 days, the pa-tient was discharged. MEBO was applied continuouslyper oral for 2 months. The patient was followed up for10 months. His mouth and esophagus were normal andhis stomach proved to be healthy by barium meal examination.
