【Abstract】 Fresh porcine blood and spleen were used in this test as raw material, to cultivate white cell in D-Hank’s solution. Hank’s solution and RPM1-1640 culture medium. The attenuated strain of Newcastle disease virus of fowl plague was applied as the induction of interferon. in the condition of 37 C , pH 7. 2 and after cultivating 18 hours, we obtained porcine blood interferon and spleen interferon, the valence of which were 1 620 u/ml and 1 360 u/ml respectively.更多还原
