【Abstract】 isolates of cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)on vegetable from several areas ofJiangsu and Zhejiang were inoculated onto five differential hosts and divided into four groupsof virulence based on the symptoms on the differential hosts. Group Ⅳ included 16 isolates(55.2% out of 29 isolates)and had the widest host range;higher stability in vitro and higherpercentage of transmission by aphid’This results will contribute to the vegetable breeding forresistance to viral diseases and the control of these diseases in field.更多还原
