【摘要】 采用细胞组织培养代替鸡胚培养的技术，分别对鸡新城疫细胞适应病毒株和本研究所分离鉴定的法氏囊细胞适应Ｑ病毒株进行细胞组织培养，收获病毒，灭活，油乳化，制成联苗。经疫苗安全性、效力、免疫期和保存期测定，结果表明细胞组织培养联苗不仅安全，免疫率在９２％以上，而且在保存期、免疫期超过半年以上时仍有坚强的免疫力，免疫效果理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 The NDV strain adapted to cell and IBDV strain Q isolated, identificated and also adapted to cell in our institute were propagated in vitro by cell culture. After inactivation, the high-titer fluids harvested from these propagations were made intocombined inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine against ND and IBD. The animal immunization test showed that the protection rate of the combined vaccine prepared in vitrocell culture was over ninety-two percent. The storage and efficacy tests proved its strong immune power and high quality.更多还原
