【Abstract】 In this paper according to the investigation and experiment study of main distribution of Chinese aspen in Guizhou province, Chinese aspen’s ecological character, biological habits and various types were found. The criterion and the method of selecting plus trees were worked out . and all plus trees in the center of Guizhou were investigated. The difficulty of vegetative propagation were solved based on the study of tissue culture and ordinary vegetative propagation.更多还原
