【摘要】 本文用益生素饲喂肉鸡，八周龄屠宰后，取小肠粘膜上皮细胞、肝细胞作透射式电镜观察，发现试验组鸡细胞粗面内质网网腔扩大，数量增多，并紧围于线粒体四周。滑面内质网、高尔基复合体数量增多，核仁数增加。小肠粘膜上皮细胞微绒毛长度增长．肝细胞大量核糖体聚集，糖原增加，大量肝细胞微绒毛伸入血窦。研究表明上述细胞蛋白质、脂肪合成功能增强，肠粘膜上皮细胞吸收功能增强，肉鸡生长性能改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 A probiotics get from Sicluan Angricultrual University was fed tothe broilers. The broilers were killed at the age of 8 weeks. The epitlelialcells of small intestinal mucosa and hepatie cells were sampled for transmissionelectron microscoye observation. Compared with the controls, it was found thatthe cavaties of rcugh endoplasmic reticula were enlarged, the number of which wasincreased, and encircled mitochondrons closely. The quantities of smoothendoplasmic reticula and the Golgi bodies were increased. The microyilli on theepithelial cells of small intestinal mucosa were longer. Much microvilli of theepitheliel cells of small intestinal mucosa inserted into hepatic sirusoids, andmuch vibosomes gathered there. It was concluded from above that the improvementof broiler performantes owing the the probiotics were probably related to thatthe probiotics accelerated the synthetic metabolism of protein and fat in cells,and improved the absorption of small intestinal mucosa.更多还原
