双臂电桥测低电阻的附加误差分析及桥臂的选择

【摘要】 用自组双臂电桥测低电阻,要保证测量能正常进行并使测量结果在电桥允许的误差范围内,关键的问题,是要正确选择桥臂电阻(包括标准电阻Rs在内)的阻值、和精度,使得平衡方程式的修正项引入的附加误差能够真正被忽略。本文将对在实验室条件下双臂电桥测低电阻的平衡方程式的修正项引入的附加误差进行分析,并提出了能忽略修正项引入的附加误差的桥管电阻阻值、精度的选择原则。

【Abstract】 In the experiment of measuring low resistance using two-arm bridge,in order to guarantee the normal operahon of the experiment and the results of the measurement are within the allowed range, the key Point is:coarechy choose bridge--ann resistances including the standard resistance Rs and their accuracy in order to make the additive error caused by the revised term of the equilibrium equation be really neglected.In this paper we not only analyse the addihve error in the condition of experiment-room,but also put forwaxd the rules of choosing bridge arrn resistances and their accuracy to be able to neglect the addihve error.
