黄牛双胆囊培植牛黄期间胆道压力与成黄关系的研究

【摘要】 本文对28头黄牛进行双胆囊植黄术,即在胆囊和模拟胆囊内同时培植牛黄。植黄期间测定了胆囊、模拟胆囊、胆总管内压力.4头黄牛进行胆囊插管、十二指肠插管后测定了胆囊、十二脂肠在常态下的压力.结果表明,胆囊、模拟胆囊、胆总管、十二指肠间存在着连续的静水压梯度.胆汁胆红素含量在术后3d内升高(P<0.001),7d以后与术前差异不大,胆汁酸、pH、粘度下降,Ca2+变化不大,双胆囊植黄术在122±14d内的产量为17.7±4.7g/头,牛黄中胆红素含量全部在18%以上,其中胆红素含量超过35%的占62.5%。胆道压力与成黄关系密切.

【Abstract】 Twenty-eight cattle were used for culture of Calculus Bovis in DGs,i. e.,in the gallbladders and the artificial - gallbladders (AGs). The pressures in the gallbladders,AGs,CBDs were measured periodically. After cannulation of the gallbladders and duodena in four normal cattle,the gallbladders and duodena pressures were measured.The pressure measurements of the binary tracts showed that the pressures in the gallbladders,AGs,CBDs and duodena were different’ The readings decreased gradually. The bile bilirubin concentration increased significantly in the first three days(p<0.01), seven days later there was no more significant change than that of pre-operation. The bile cholic acid concentration,viscosity and PH decreased,the bile calcium had no significant change. In about 122±14 days,the output of Cultivating Calculus Bovis was 17. 7±4. 7g perhead. The content of bilirubin in all cultivating Calculus Bovis surpassed 18%, the bilirubin content with 6265% Culture cultivating Calculus Bovis Surpassed 30%. The binary tract pressures were on intimate terms with the formation of Calculus Bovis.
