半焦的流化床二氧化碳气化研究
Char Gasification in Fluidized Bed with CO2
【摘要】 利用一Φ48mm的流化床反应器在900~1100℃、气体流量170~360mL/min的条件下进行了半焦(飞灰)的CO2气化反应研究。实验结果表明:在操作条件内,半焦的气化速率是受表面反应速率和传质速率共同控制的,且在1000~1050℃之间存在一临界温度,其前后的反应机理存在差异。同时使用流动模型对结果进行了模拟计算,得出反应活化能分别为80kJ/mol和155kJ/mol。
【Abstract】 The char (fly ash) was gasified in a Φ-48mm fluidized bed with CO2 over the temperature range of 900 ̄ 1100℃ and gas flow rate range of 170 ̄360mL/min. The results show that the rate of gasification was controlled by kinetic and transfer rate, and there is a critical temperature between 1000 ̄ 1050℃. Three kinds of models were used to calculate the experiment results and an activation energy of 80 and 155kJ/mol was deduced.
