【摘要】 作者采用癌灶多点取材法，对食管癌患考癌细胞ＤＮＡ含量进行了分析。结果表明，患者癌细胞ＤＮＡ异倍体和多异倍体检出率和随机一点取材法相比，分别增加了５０％和３．５倍。用该取材法还可以检测患者的ＤＮＡ倍体异质性和ＤＮＡ干系的分布情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 DNA content were measured on tumor cells of cancer nest in patients with esophageal carcinoma sampling bymulti-site. The result showed that the rate of aneuploid cells and multi-aneuploid cells were raised 0.5 times and 3.5 times.Meanvvhile this method can be used to measure the heterogeneity of DNA content and distribution of DNA stimline in patientswith esophaeal carcinoma.更多还原
