【Abstract】 In this paper,the electro-magnetic theory based on the model of the helical configu- ration of the optical activity is compared to the optical rotation measured in the biochem- istry of the hexahelicene and protein which are the typical melecules having helical con- figuration.The results of them is comformable well.The correctness of the optical rota- tion theory based on the model of the helical configuration is illustrated.更多还原
