辛硫磷中二肟甲烷杂质的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 用苯乙腈肟钠与氟化硫代磷酸二乙酯反应，以ＣＨ２Ｃｌ２－Ｈ２Ｏ为溶剂、ＴＥＢＡ为相转移催化剂合成了辛硫磷。从辛硫磷粗品公分得一白色结晶，经元素分析、ＩＲ、ＮＭＲ及ＭＳ测定，确证其结构为双（苯乙腈肟）甲烷。

【Abstract】 Bis(phenylglyoxylonitrile oximino) methane(Ⅳ) was isolated from phoxim (Ⅰ) , which prepared by treating phenyl glyoxylonitrile oxime sodium salt(Ⅱ) with diethylphosphorochloridothionate(Ⅲ) in the solution of CH2Cl2-H2O with TEBA as phase transfer catalyst. The chemical structure of Ⅳ was confirmed by elementary analysis, IR, NMR and MS.
