适度低温对棉苗细胞保护酶系统的影响
EFFECT OF MODERATELY LOW TEMPERATURE ON THE SYSTEM OF CELL PRETECTIVE ENZYMES IN COTTON SEEDLING
【摘要】 研究了适度低温10℃/8℃处理过程中棉花超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POX)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)同工酶的动态变化。结果发现经适度低温处理后棉花SOD和CAT同工酶酶带数和酶活性均明显增加,而POX同工酶酶带数和酶活性均明显减少。本文认为由适度低温诱导的植物细胞保护酶系统的上述变化,可能是植物抗寒锻炼提高植物抗寒性的生化机制之一
【Abstract】 Dynamic changes in isozyme electrophoretograms and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),Catalase (CAT) and Peroxidase (POX) from cotton seedlings during moderately low temperature stress were analysed in this study.It was revealed that the isozyme bands and activities of SOD and CAT were obviously increased in the seedlings exposed to moderately low temperature stress,while those of POX reduced.It is suggested that the changes in the system of plant cell protective enzymes induced by moderately low temperature migth be responsible for resistance to chilling in plants which had been treated in moderately low temperature for proper time.
