一种图论方法在电力系统故障恢复中的应用

【摘要】 引述了图论理论中的一个最大流问题的解法一标号法,并将其应用到电力系统的故障恢复策略的生成当中。文章首先介绍了有关标号法的基本内容;之后列出了标号法所用的临界约束和参量,讨论了电力系统故障恢复策略生成的具体部分,对在容量限制下故障系统的恢复,提出了一种数值研究方法。最后,给出了一个实际故障系统的恢复策略生成例子。

【Abstract】 his paper pnesents to focus power system operaor’sattention on a method that develop from Graph Theory,Noted Method,use itto implement an effective power system restoration plan. First somefundamental concept of Noted Method based on Graph Theory is explained indetail and an analysis of how a maximum flow problem should transmuteinto a simple solution of the Noted Method is addressed.Second, list somecritical constraints and paramaters which will be used in Noted Method.Forming some operating sequence of plains is the result of Noted Methodusing in power system restoration,in the meantime the units output capacityand pick-up time consuming must be consideration. These operations will notlead the equipment to overload. At the end of this article, an example aboutan actual fault power system restoration using the Noted Method is provided.
