高灰分煤焦流化床2段燃烧数学模型

【摘要】 根据未反应核模型和流化床2相理论,建立了高灰分煤焦流化床沸腾段和自由空间2段燃烧数学模型,模型中考虑了2次风的加入问题计算结果表明,燃烧效率随床层温度和过剩空气系数增加而提高,随进料速度的增加而降低,并在一定范围内随煤焦颗粒尺寸的增加而降低加入2次风可使CO排放迅速降低

【Abstract】 A mathematic model for a fluidized bed combustor with two combustion sections, i. e. fluidized bed and free board combustion of high ash char was developed on the basis of the shrinking core model and two phases theory of fluidization. Injection of secondary air was considered in the proposed model. The calculated data show that the combustion efficiency increases as the bed temperature and excessive air increase, and it decreaes as the feed flow of char increases. The combustion efficiency decreases with the increase of char size to a certain extent. CO emission from the combustion can greatly be reduced by using the secondary air.
