【摘要】 采用脐旁真皮下血管网皮瓣交叉转移修复手背、腕前皮肤软组织缺损创面6例,术后1周左右断蒂;吻合血管的脐旁真皮下血管网皮瓣一期修复足、手背创面5例,修薄面积占皮瓣总面积40%～50%,可至少减少一次再术修薄次数。皮瓣均成活良好,修复效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Subdermal vascular network paraumbilical skin flaps were used to repair the defects of the dorsal surface of the hand and the palmar surface of the wrist in 6 patients.The pedicle was diviced about one week after the flap transfer.5 subdermal vascular network paraumbilical free flaps with microsurgical tech- nique were applied to one stage reconstruction of the defects of the dorsal surface of the foot and hand.The area of free flap with subdermal vascular metwiork could be thinned as much as 40%-60%,with decreasing one thinning operation at least.All the flaps survived with satisfactory results.更多还原
