【摘要】 本文总结１９９２年４月～１９９６年６月应用紧急心电律抢救严重快速异位心律失常２７例。体会：心搏骤停中室颤／室扑是紧急电复律的绝对适应症，且是最有效的紧急治疗措施。应用越早，成功越大。电功率选择与电极板放置恰当、与心肺复苏并用、合理应用有关药物等均可提高电复律成功率。如药物和其他疗法无效而有严重血流动力学障碍的室速、室上速也应行紧急电复律。笔者还谈及电复律并发症的防治体会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract: Urgent cardioversion of 27 patients with serious facet ectopic arrhythmia was summariged from april 1992 to april. 1996. Expedence: Ventricular fibrillation and flutter are the absolute indication of urgent cardiovrsion in the patients with cardiac arrest and are the more effectual treatment measuce. The earliest used it is,the more successful rate is, selection of electric power,placement of electic plate, use of cardiopulmonary resusciation and drugr might increase the successful rate of cardioversion. If drugs and other treatment methods were ineffectreal for ventricular tachycardia and superventricular tachycardia with serious obstruction of hemodynarmics, urgent cardioversion needed to be used.Writer also talked about experience of prevention of cardioversion complications.更多还原
