【摘要】 就我国墙体材料改革形式、现状及发展趋势进行分析和讨论，对高校基建规划决策提出了若干建议．

【Abstract】 he form,status quo and developing trend of wall materials are analyzed. And some proposals on stalegic decisions of capital construction in colleges and universities are put forward.
