国人后交通动脉及其内穿支研究
A Study of the Posterior Communicating Arteries and Their Perforating Branches
【摘要】 本文介绍国人46例(92侧)人脑标本有关后交通动脉(PcoA)及其内穿支显微解剖资料。结果约60%以上两侧PcoA管径不等,近半数PcoA与大脑后动脉解剖出现变异。临床上PcoA是Willis动脉环重要血管之一;PcoA内穿支分为前后两组,穿入脑深部后组成重要的“丘脑穿动脉”;内穿支之间有吻合支存在。
【Abstract】 The data of microscopic anatomy of the posterior communicating arteries and their per-foratings were reported in 46 brain specimen (92 sides) of Chinese, the calibers of bilateral posterior communicating arteries (PcoA) were not the same in above 60% of the cases, PcoA and posterior cerebral arteries presented anatomical variation. In the clinic PocA is one of important arteries of the Willis’ circle, its perforating branches were divided into anterior and posterior groups, these arteries penetrated into the deep of brain, and composed the "thalam-operforating artery", there were anastomotic branches between the perforating arteries.
