【摘要】 南宁市第五医院与龙泉山医院分别检测68例精神分裂症与64例海洛因依赖者血液流变学情况,分别以50例和64例健康者为对照,结果发现有很多项目精神分裂症患者血液呈明显高浓、粘、凝、聚特征,与正常对照组有显著差异,治疗后随着精神症状缓解而有所好转。海洛因依赖者亦有不少项目增高,吸毒时间长短与血沉显著有关,与每日吸毒量大小无显著关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study haemorheological changes in patients with schizophtenia and heroin dependence.Method:The haemorheological profiles of 68 schizophrenic patients and 64 subjects with heroin dependence were compared with those of 50 and 64 normal control subjects respectively.The haemorheological examination was repeated in schizophtenic patients after treatment.Results:All harmorheological indices of schizophrenic patients were significantly higher than those of the normal control group,but many decreased significantly after treatment.There were significant differences in blood reduction ratio of viscosity,erythrocyte electrophoresis time,ESR,erythrocyte deformity index, fibrinogen and ESR equation K value between subjects with heroin dependence and normal controls. ESR was related to the period of heroin use but not the daily dosage of heroin.Discussion: Haemorheology revealed characteristic changes in patients with schizophrenia and heroin dependence. Reduction of blood viscosity was associated with increase in serum catecholamine levels(or vice versa), suggesting that these variations may be associated with neurotransmitter changes.Chinically,these changes may induce hallucination,delusion,emotional changes,and withdrawal symptoms.Further haemorheological research in psychiairy is recommended.更多还原
