【摘要】 报道１２６例选择性冠状动脉造影的冠心病患者高频心电图（ＨＦＥＣＧ）变化。结果提示：高频切迹数随冠状动脉狭窄程度的加重而增多，冠脉造影显示冠脉狭窄≤５０％者，ＨＦＮ１２导联平均数１４．１６±２．５６。冠脉狭窄５０％－７４％者ＨＦＮ平均数１８．６４±３．６３。冠脉狭窄≥７５％者ＨＦＮ平均数为２３．２１±３．２５。本文ＨＦＥＣＧ诊断冠心病的敏感性、特异性和总符合率分别为８８．４％、７８．６％和８１．０％。更多还原

【Abstract】 We observed the changes of high frequency electrocardiogram (HFECG) in 126 cases with coronary artery disese (CAD), on whom angiography was also performed.The results showed that the number of high frequency notches(HFN)in group MI and group AP were significantly higher than that in normal group(P≤0.01). There was a positive correlation between the number of HFN and infarct size. There was a slmilar relationship between HFN and the duration of MI.The number of HFN in group AP was higher than that in group of acute myocardial infarction. But there was no difference between group AP and the subacute and old myocardial infarction.The HFECG detected CAD with a sensitivity of 88.4% and specificity of 78.6%.These results suggest that HFECG are of some value in the diagnosis of CAD and may reflect the severity of CAD.更多还原
