3K型组合行星减速器的性能分析

【摘要】 本文介绍了由圆锥轮摩擦传动与斜齿圆柱齿轮传动有机组合的3K 型行星减速器的组成与传动原理,分析了传动比、效率及传递功率的影响因素,并设计了3K 型组合行星减速器结构。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces composition and drive principle of planetary reducer of type 3K which is consisted of conical wheel friction drive and helical gear drive,analyses effecting factors of transmission radio, efficiency and transmutting power.Structure of combined planetary reducer of type 3K is designed.
